I am a long Time User. Can I move my old attachments outside of the database
Yes we can move your historical attachments outside of the database. Note Time Matters will do this as you upgrade to Time Matters 10.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BACKUP TIME MATTERS BEFORE YOU START THIS.
Search by Size and user
If you are a maintenance administrator, you can search for all users
Manage Email Attachments - Move to File System
1. Look for Attachments that are in the DB. The field will be Y.
2. Tag the ones that you want to move
3. Click Move from database to File System. Caution.. this may take a while.
